Responsibilities

• Manage online sales through various platforms
• Provide excellent customer service via email and chat
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly
• Lead in processing orders and tracking shipments
• Monitor sales performance and suggest improvements
• Assist customers with inquiries, process sales orders, and maintain accurate sales logs

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration or related field - even 2nd year or TESDA
• Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in online sales or customer service.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in online selling techniques, customer care, and organized record-keeping.
• Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
