About the Role
Manage all incoming leads, triage and qualify for appointment bookings via EDM, phone, or web; allocate appointments to the in-store team.
Oversee retail car online sales including deposits, contracts, trade-ins, finance, delivery, and ensure price pledge compliance.
Conduct pre- and post-sales follow-up, qualify leads through customer-focused questions, and maintain communication throughout the buying journey.
Handle inbound/outbound call queues via PureCloud, manage social moderation, web chat, reputation, and Google reviews through Podium.
