Position Overview

The role is responsible for driving online commerce growth across marketplaces and digital channels while managing day-to-day platform performance. It plays a key role in scaling operations through data-driven strategies, AI tools, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Growth & Performance

• Own monthly revenue, traffic, conversion and profitability targets across online channels
• Plan and execute platform campaigns (9.9, 10.10, 11.11 etc.)
• Improve AOV, repeat purchase and category growth

Marketplace Operation

• Ensure accurate listings, pricing, promotions and stock availability
