Reports to: Lead Specialty RVT Department: Oncology Status: Full-Time Permanent (40 hours per week)

Prerequisites

• Active member of the ABVMA and ABVTA
• Ability to lift 50 lbs (22 kg)
• A desire to grow the RVT profession
• Background knowledgeorpreviousexperience withoncology, chemotherapy treatments, and specialty medicine considered an asset
• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize effectively
• Excellent attention to detail whilemaintainingefficiency
• Strong technical skills including venipuncture, IV catheter placement, and anesthetic monitoring
• Proficient withanesthesiamonitoring equipment (ECG, pulse oximetry, capnography)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communicationand critical thinking skills
