Job Description

- As an Onboarding Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless and compliant new-hire experience. You will manage the full onboarding lifecycle for a steady volume of candidate across multiple start dates and regions, oversee background checks and drug screens, and ensure data accuracy across all onboarding processes. You’ll partner closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, and business leaders to create a consistent, high-quality onboarding journey and ensure every new hire starts strong.
