Position Overview
Job Scope - Leading a team to manage the day-to-day workplace services activities for the facility
- Be the on-site key point of contact for key stakeholders and/or clients.
- Able to identify and propose changes to improve operational and/or experience.
- Resource Planning of the outsourced facility management team to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist & run tenders for engagement of service providers for Workplace services including and not limited to janitorial services, landscape, pest control, pantry management services, handyman, system security, electrical etc.
- Oversight of facility management as a program including cleaning, pantry management services etc.
- Work with client to formulate a strategy for Workplace services.
- Conduct monthly management meetings and weekly operations meetings with Ubisoft.
- Advice and lead HSE compliance throughout the office space.
- Space planning and optimization
