Elevate member interactions with Prospera as an On-Site Member Experience Specialist on a 12-month contract. Drive sales through proactive onboarding and personalized financial solutions.
In this full-time role, you will engage with new retail and business members at Prospera, part of Coast Capital Savings Federal Credit Union. Your focus will be to uncover member needs through Financial Health Checks and deliver tailored banking, lending, and investment solutions. Build strong relationships by managing small accounts and developing a robust sales pipeline through referrals and follow-up interactions.
