The Las Campanas Observatory in Chile is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Specialist (MES) to support the dual telescopes operation. This full-time role includes responsibilities for maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrading telescope infrastructures while living in a stunning natural environment.

Successful candidates will contribute to commissioning new instruments and participate in ongoing operations. Candidates should possess an advanced engineering degree, fluency in English and Spanish, and the ability to work at high altitudes.
