What You Will Be Leading - Full spectrum of HR operations across multiple construction sites
- Strategic manpower planning, workforce optimization, and deployment
- Work pass management and strict compliance with MOM regulations
- Complex employee relations, disciplinary cases, and on‑ground HR issues
- Development of HR policies, systems, and process improvements
- Close partnership with senior management and project teams
