As a short-term crisis residential program in partnership with Orange County Health Care Authority, we are the safety net for individuals experiencing acute mental health crises. Our goal is simple but profound: stabilize, support, and help our members return to their lives without the need for inpatient hospitalization.

As a Residential Counselor, you are the heartbeat of the program. You’ll work on the front lines of recovery, providing both one-on-one and group support. You are building the bridge that helps someone move from crisis to stability.

This is an On-Call position, perfect for someone who values flexibility and variety.
