Looking to recruit a full time On Board Coordinator 

As an On Board Coordinator you will be responsible for On Board Supervisor/Customer Host coverage on specific train services running within the GTR geographical area. Dealing with incidents as they arise which affect on board staff member coverage/availability, the train service plan and implementing On Board service recovery to targets and timescales set, whilst actively assisting On Board staff to exceed customers' expectations on the delivery of customer service. Pivotal in ensuring GTR deliver on their commitment to our passengers that require assisted travel.
