The Oral and Maxillofacial services at The Princess Alexandra Hospital are incorporated within the Head & Neck Service. The post would suit a trainee returning to the specialty after core training or during second degree. This post will have general Maxillofacial activity.

You will work as part of a team led by four Consultants, supported by six Specialty Doctors. You will be involved in a full range of clinical activities related to Maxillofacial Surgery.

You will be part of the 1:6 on-call rota. This covers the activity from the A&E department and inpatient support. In addition to this the appointee will be expected to cover general Maxillofacial emergencies.
