Position Overview
Drive occupational health policy as the OHS Policy Coordinator. Ensure a compliant work environment that prioritizes risk prevention through effective strategies and training initiatives.
This role demands expertise in implementing and monitoring health and safety policies. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and oversee the company's OHS strategy
• Apply and track corrective actions based on risk assessments
• Manage relationships with external partners and CNESST
• Organize prevention campaigns and emergency simulations
• Track and report OHS performance indicators
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR with OHS certification
• At least 5 years in occupational health management
