Position Overview
Your tasks:
- Set up and operate offset printing presses according to job specifications and production schedules
- Adjust ink levels, paper feed, plate alignment, and register to ensure proper print quality
- Conduct test runs and make necessary adjustments for optimal output
- Monitor job progress and machine performance to ensure efficient workflow
- Conduct quality checks on printed or finished documents for alignment, completeness, and correct finishing
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform basic maintenance
- Follow job instructions, work orders, and precisely to ensure compliance with customer specifications and internal standards
- Maintain accurate production logs and report any deviations, delays, or equipment issues to the supervisor
