Position Overview
Officer, Airfreight Import Operation Your Responsibilities
Coordinate with overseas agents to arrange shipments and follow up on shipment status Communicate with customers to provide shipment updates and progress informationMonitor import shipment schedules and arrival status
- Check and verify import documentsSend pre-advice to customers and customs clearance teamsReceive documents from airlines and inform customers for collectionPrepare customer invoices for billing
- Maintain proper documentation and filing recordsPrepare job summaries and close shipment filesHandle operational issues and provide solutions for daily operationsPrepare monthly and quarterly operational reports
