We are seeking an experienced and motivated Office Supervisor to lead the daily operations of a busy Pulmonary physician practice while ensuring an exceptional patient experience and efficient clinical workflows.

+ Ensure a positive patient experience through timely scheduling, clear communication, and easy access to care.

+ Optimize office workflows using technology and team-based care models.

+ Communicate operational updates, policies, and procedures to physicians and staff.

+ Supervise staff assignments to ensure phones, messages, and patient inquiries are handled accurately and promptly.

+ Serve as the practice HIPAA Privacy Officer and ensure staff compliance with required training and reporting.

+ Achieve and maintain EPIC Super User status.
