Position Overview
Responsibilities - Conduct regular inspections of the office premises, including but not limited to all common areas, equipment and meeting rooms.
- Review contract specifications and make recommendations of upgrading standards.
- Procure and maintain office systems, furniture, equipment, and appliances.
- Prepare estimates for repair works, invitations for quotations, recommendations of award, and supervision of completed works
- Update inventory of office equipment and supplies in the respective tracking systems or applications.
- Handle all incident/ complaint reports involving public or tenants.
- Set up meeting rooms according to user requirements.
- Prepare annual maintenance/expenditure budget
Requirements
- Degree in Building, Real Estate or Business, preferably with 3 years of relevant experience in property management
