SUMMARY:
A leading company within the telecommunications and technology industry is seeking an experienced Office Operations Co-ordinator for a 6-month contract position based in Cape Town CBD.
This on-site role will focus on office administration, facilities co-ordination, asset management, access control, operational support, and stakeholder engagement within a fast-paced corporate environment. POSITION INFO:
Location: Cape Town CBD, Western Cape Requirements:
  • Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent qualification
  • Certification in Business Administration will be advantageous
  • 5+ years’ experience in an Office Co-ordination, Office Administration, Facilities Co-ordination, or Operations Support role
  • Previous experience in a corporate, professional services, telecommunications, or technology environment
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience managing company equipment, office assets, inventory control, and reporting
