Position Overview
(What the role is) Support the design and delivery of a targeted talent development programme for high performing students, with a focus on programme execution, student engagement and advisory support. The role involves coordinating stakeholders, creating meaningful developmental opportunities, and guiding students to strengthen scholarship, university and post-graduation pathways while building a strong programme community. (What you will be working on) Programme Planning, Delivery & Administration (RP Talent Development Programme) - Contribute to the planning, conceptualisation and execution of Talent Development Programme offerings aligned to student developmental needs
