Qualifications Must have a Bachelor of Science Degree or Bachelor of Technology Degree in Quantity Surveying. Must be registered with SACQSP as a Professional Quantity Surveyor. Must have at least 10 years of post‑registration experience, specifically within the private sector. Must have demonstrable experience across the sectors previously discussed: Retail developments, Healthcare facilities, Industrial developments, and Commercial office developments. Must have been exposed to large‑scale commercial developments and client‑facing leadership responsibilities. Must have strong commercial acumen and contract administration expertise.
