Our client in the Financial industry is currently looking for an Office Manager in Port Elizabeth.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • The Office Manager will independently manage administration and support functions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Asset Management:
    • Oversee building structures and furnishings.
    • Manage acquisitions agreements.
    • Coordinate archiving system.
    • Maintain firm’s database and service agreements.
  • Stakeholder Value:
    • Administer and consolidate BEE plan.
  • Financial and Budget Management:
    • Prepare annual budget.
    • Ensure tax compliance.
  • FICA Compliance:
    • Ensure FICA requirements are met.
    • Train staff on compliance.
  • Reporting of Information/Statistics to:
    • Banking: Debtors analysis, financial statements, etc.
