Location: London Bridge (occasional Sevenoaks travel)
Salary: up to £35,000 depending on experience
Hours: 8:45am-5:15pm
This role will be full time office based
Overview
An opportunity for a proactive Office Manager to oversee the smooth running of a busy engineering consultancy, supporting operations, compliance, and administration.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office operations and facilities, liaising with landlords and suppliers
Provide administrative and diary support to senior stakeholders
Ensure health & safety and compliance standards are maintained
Coordinate onboarding, HR administration, and maintain confidential records
Support finance tasks including invoicing, reconciliation, and credit control
Maintain a professional office environment
