Prepare financial analyses including NPV cash flows and evaluate client lease optionsGather market data, conduct research, and maintain property databases and stacking plansPrepare client reports, presentations, and attend meetings and property toursProduce monthly and quarterly market reports including Supply Files and Market OverviewsReview lease documents, prepare summaries, and assist with transaction documentationSupport team with ad hoc requests such as MapIt, market clocks, and special client needsRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance or related field0-2 years' experience in commercial real estate preferredStrong financial analysis skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent research and analytical abilitiesExcellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in teamsDe...
