Position Overview

Responsibilities

  • Assist in general office tasks, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization, including pantry and common areas.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and courier services.
  • Support staff with errands, documentation, and administrative tasks as required.
  • Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory.
  • Help set up meeting rooms, equipment, and other office facilities.
  • Provide basic support to visitors and clients when needed.

Qualifications

  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills; ability to read and write in (English/Arabic).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
  • Basic computer knowledge is a plus (MS Office, email).
  • Physically able to handle office materials and perform minor errands.
