Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Assist in general office tasks, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization, including pantry and common areas.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and courier services.
- Support staff with errands, documentation, and administrative tasks as required.
- Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory.
- Help set up meeting rooms, equipment, and other office facilities.
- Provide basic support to visitors and clients when needed.
Qualifications
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills; ability to read and write in (English/Arabic).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
- Basic computer knowledge is a plus (MS Office, email).
- Physically able to handle office materials and perform minor errands.
