Job Description
Area of Responsibility: The Office Assistant is responsible for answering the telephone, mail processing & data entry, order fulfillment and receiving incoming shipments.
Preferred Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), Email, Internet. Experience with CRM (Customer Record Management software) and Zoom Workplace systems a plus.
Requirements: Applicant should be a practicing Catholic interested in supporting the mission of the Coming Home Network and have good communication and organizational skills. Computer experience a must. Applicant must be able to lift 30 lbs.
