Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations and help keep the office running efficiently. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to supporting team needs. Able to work onsite full-time, Monday through Friday
Responsibilities
+ Answer and direct phone calls and emails
+ Greet visitors and provide front-office support
+ Schedule meetings and manage calendars
+ Maintain filing systems and office records
+ Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
+ Order office supplies and track inventory
+ Assist with data entry and routine clerical tasks
+ Support internal teams with administrative projects
Requirements
+ Previous administrative, clerical, or office support experience
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
