Position Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Office Assistant / Date Capturer to join the Port Elizabeth team on a contract basis The contract duration will be 5 months. Capture, clean, and maintain large datasets accurately Develop and maintain advanced Excel spreadsheets and reports Create dashboards and management reports using Excel Use formulas such as VLOOKUP, etc Work with Pivot Tables, charts, and data visualisation tools Provide general office administrative support to management and staff Requirements Grade 12 24 years experience in an administrative or office support role Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (essential) Deadline-driven and able to prioritise tasks Must be available to start immediately
