Position Overview

Job Description

Main responsibilities:

  • Daily work with maintenance and administration of office building
  • Manage regular needs for smooth workflow of office
  • Manage office post, courier
  • Manage lab and customers’ sampling in/out shipments
  • Actively take part in sample labelling and packaging
  • Local event management- support of sales meetings/ customer meetings
  • Booking preparation for external book-keeping
  • Regular reports for authorities
  • Qualification and experience:

  • Experience in office management
  • Graduation or/and communication degree
  • Proficiency in Hungarian and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Valid driving licence
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
