Position Overview

Duties Description Duties of the position will include, but not be limited to:
β€’ Field calls on behalf of the Office of Administrative Hearings;
β€’ Interview the caller to gather complete information and identify the purpose of the call;
β€’ Communicate with the caller in a professional manner while clearly explaining the process and next steps for the caller;
β€’ Redirect call to proper subject matter expert queue;
β€’ Practicing and ensuring compliance with OAH procedures;
β€’ Escalating issues to supervisor and management when appropriate;
β€’ Monitor and respond to inquiries in Unit's shared mailbox;
β€’ Review and make necessary corrections to information in the Fair Hearing Information System about dispositions;
β€’ Review and accurately route incoming faxes via the Faxinator computer program; and
β€’ Process incoming correspondence and quoting to appropriate OAH staff.
