Position Overview
đ˘ We're Hiring â Part-Time Office Administrator
SR Carpentry Solutions Ltd is looking for an organised, reliable and proactive Office Administrator to join our growing team.
This is a varied role supporting the day-to-day running of our busy carpentry business, working across multiple new build housing sites.
The role will include:

Answering telephone calls and emails
â
Organising diaries and appointments
â
Filing and maintaining company records
â
Processing invoices and general paperwork
â
Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors
â
Ordering materials and office supplies
â
Assisting with health & safety documentation
â
General office administration and keeping everything organised
We're looking for someone who:

⢠Is confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
