Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily schedules for technicians
• Support dispatching and route planning
• Confirm customer appointments and schedule changes
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
• Prepare and send service invoices
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of administrative experience
• HVAC or home services knowledge preferred
