Position Overview

Our client was founded in by an experienced group of Thailand-based investment professionals with deep local networks, operating and industry expertise, and Thailand and pan-Asia investing and management experience. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Arranging and booking meetings and meeting spaces/venues.
  • Arranging and booking flights/hotels/transportation for the team.
  • Manage service providers for the office such as cleaning, internet, equipment, etc.
  • Manage outsourced providers for the office such as outsourced accounting/payroll, etc.
  • Print, scan, photocopy, and bind documents for the team as necessary.
  • Answering the phone on behalf of the company.
  • Ensuring office protocols are in order and office tidiness.
  • Managing the company admin email and forwarding emails to the relevant person to handle.
  • Handling other secretarial matters as necessary.
  • Being able to use Outlook and Team Meeting.
