Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Actively generate leads and build a pipeline of qualified buyers through networking, referrals, and digital channels.
- Present and promote off‑plan projects from leading UAE developers such as Emaar, Damac, Nakheel, Sobha, Aldar, etc.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and investment consultations.
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to SPA signing.
- Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Stay up to date on market trends, new project launches, and developer payment plans.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Accurately update CRM with all leads, activities, and deal progress.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1–5 years in UAE real estate sales, preferably off‑plan.
- Education: Any graduate (Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory).
- Nationality: Any.
- Gender: Any.
