Position Overview
Duties include: - Provide technical diagnosis and fault evaluation across dealer and internal vehicles, ensuring accurate identification of mechanical and electrical issues.
- Compile detailed technical and failure analysis reports, including warranty-claimed components and FTIR-related findings.
- Test and evaluate warranty-returned components to determine root cause of failure.
- Monitor, manage, and escalate TAR cases, ensuring timely resolution and submission of monthly TAR summary reports.
- Deliver on-site technical diagnostic support to dealerships to assist with complex repairs and ensure minimal vehicle downtime.
- Analyse failure trends and implement corrective actions to improve product reliability and technician capability across the dealer network.
