Job Purpose:
Process, handles, and distributes all required documents in the receiving areas.
Performs delivery arrangement.
Ensure customer requirements are met and takes corrective actions in case of deviations from customer requirements.
Ensures documents are completed and updated in a timely and efficient manner and according to regulations and internal procedures.
Oversees interface with Corporate Sales, Product if required.
Main Tasks & Key Responsibilities:
Creates/ confirms transport order to ensure delivery of the shipment to the final customer.
Prepares, controls, and distributes all required import documents to counterparts (carrier, consignee, supplier, etc.) complying with regulations and internal procedures.
