Role Description

• Work as part of and lead a team alongside Level 9 and above team members in the Cost & Commercial Management Career family to manage and deliver projects.
• Liaise with external contractors and consultants.
• Report to clients and stakeholders.
• Manage and deliver cost management for small/medium commercial/retail/residential developments or significant components of larger cost management assignments.
• Deliver the scope of work in line with controls, leveraging technical knowledge and experience.

Role Accountabilities

• Assist in the coaching and development of other team members to share knowledge, increase skill level, and improve service delivery standards.
• Work within established financial systems and budgets to produce reports and forecasts, track budgets, oversee costing and variances to manage and control cost variables.
