We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide home health services to patients recovering from injuries, illnesses, or disabilities. This role focuses on restoring independence in daily living through skilled evaluation, treatment, and documentation while working across a defined county coverage area in Lancaster, OH.
Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degrees acceptable.
• Active Ohio Occupational Therapy license required prior to start.
• Minimum one year of home health occupational therapy experience required.
• Experience with HCHB electronic documentation required.
• BLS certification may be required from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
