The Occupational Therapist is responsible for performing client evaluations, developing and providing occupational therapy services, and documenting services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each patient.

**General Information:**

• **Days** : Monday – Friday

• **Typical Hours** : 8:00am – 3p or 3:30p

• **Pay Rate** : $60 - $80/hr, [or customize your pay pkg]

• **Weekly Pay checks:** Each Friday

• **Duration:** Contracts for each School year

• Full-time (5 days per week)

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

+ Provides skilled occupational therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders
+ Reevaluates client for rehabilitation needs, and works in collaboration with the physician and other members of the healthcare team to modify the plan of care as appropriate
