Liquid Personnel have an exciting opportunity to pilot the innovative, specialist skills of an Occupational Therapist within the Review Team for its client at Islington. This role is ideal for a proactive and experienced Occupational Therapist who is passionate about person-centred care and improving outcomes for adults in the community.
What will your responsibilities be?
Undertake strength-based reviews and assessments in line with the Care Act 2014Work collaboratively with service users, carers, and multi-disciplinary teams to promote independenceRecommend and coordinate the provision of equipment and adaptationsContribute to service development and the piloting of new approaches within the Review TeamMaintain accurate records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements Essential Qualifications & Experience
Degree or Diploma in Occupational TherapyHCPC registration
