**Position Overview:**

Responsible for assessing, planning, organizing, and participating in comprehensive rehabilitative programs within an inpatient acute rehabilitation facility. This role focuses on treating patients with neurological and a wide range of complex medical diagnoses, following their care from admission through discharge to optimize functional outcomes and independence.
Provides evidence-based interventions to help restore or improve vocational, homemaking, activities of daily living (ADLs), and overall functional independence. Works collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, therapists, and case management, to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
