Physicians Choice Home Health is hiring a full-time or part-time/per diem Occupational Therapist to join our Home Healthcare Team and see patients in Southern California's South Bay Area. In this role, you will provide high-quality occupational therapy services to patients in the comfort of their own homes, helping them regain independence and improve their daily functioning. You will supervise a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) and work with a team of dedicated healthcare professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional patient-centered care.

What You'll Do

+ Provide in-home occupational therapy evaluations and treatments according to the physician’s plan of care

+ Assess patients’ strength, coordination, mobility, and ability to function safely at home
