Role: Occupational Therapist- Community reablement 

Days: Monday - Friday (2 days working from home)

Hours: 37

Pay: £35-38 

Start: December 2024

Length: March 2025

Requirements:

NHS experience (6 months minimum)

Right to Work in the UK
