Position Details:
* Role: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
* Start Date: June 15, 2026
* Contract Length: 14 weeks (through September 18, 2026, with potential to extend)
* Schedule:
* Tuesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
* Friday: 7:00 AM 11:00 AM
* Hours: 24 hours per week
* Charting System: Epic
Scope of Practice Includes:
* Annual physicals & preventative care
* Chronic condition management
* Acute and urgent care visits
* Women s health & pediatric care
* Biometric screenings & lab draws
* Immunizations (flu, allergy shots, etc.)
Compensation

* 100% Malpractice Paid
