Purpose of role

Working closely with the Head of OH Operations, Senior/Lead OHAs and other clinical and non-clinical team members, the purpose of this role is to provide an onsite and remote full Occupational Health remit.

As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will work both as an autonomous practitioner and as part of the larger Occupational Health team, managing your own work and supervising and supporting the efficient running of the Occupational Health provision to the client. You will form strong relationships with key stakeholders and help to support and plan other OH services including technician, OHP, and offsite services such as counselling and physiotherapy.

The role will also require remote case management for various clients depending on business need.
