Seeking a full-time BC/BE OB/GYN Physician to join a growing program in Western New York.Highlights: - Join a collaborative team of 6 OB/GYNs, 6 APPs, and 2 dedicated Laborists
- Bread-and-butter OB/GYN practice including deliveries, prenatal care, gynecology, and dedicated OR block time
- Integrated midwifery program with strong physician collaboration
- Access to DaVinci robotic platform for minimally invasive gynecologic surgery
- Dedicated OR suite within Labor & Delivery in a new, state-of-the-art facility
- Robust OB volume with 700 annual deliveries and strong team-based support
- First-call structure with dedicated backup coverage for balanced scheduling
Compensation/Benefits: - Salary Range: $390K - $406K+
