Responsibilities

• Design and implement a single source of truth combining logs, probes, incidents and performance data
• Ensure consistency and scalability of the observability data model across products and platforms
• Develop multi-layer dashboards tailored to different stakeholders:
  • Executive (CDO / leadership)
  • DevOps / DRI
  • Engineering teams
• Build intuitive, decision-oriented visualizations using Grafana and Power BI
• Implement AI/analytics capabilities for pattern recognition, anomaly detection, trend identification and contribute to predictive models that enable early detection and prevention of incidents
• Translate complex telemetry into clear, actionable insights for business and technical stakeholders, ensuring these insights support incident reduction, faster detection, and operational decision-making
