Oversee the day-to-day operations of a nursery.
Key Responsibilities Oversee and improve the daily functions of the nursery and projects Procurement of plants, materials, etc Provide training to staff on pesticides, fertilizers, etc Create staff work rosters and delegate duties Plan and review nursery activities, cost and operations Create attractive garden and plant displays Respond to customer requests and provide guidance to the nursery staff
Requirements Degree in Horticulture or equivalent At least 2 years' relevant working experience Able to work independently and in a team Strong communication skills Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills Valid driving licence would be an added advantage
