About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and passionate Coral Nurse Clinician to step into a hybrid clinical and leadership role. As a Nurse Team Leader, you'll continue to provide direct virtual care to our members (70% of your role) while also leading a growing team of Nurse Clinicians and Nurse Technicians (30% of your role). This is an exciting entry‑level opportunity into people management. No formal management background required, just the right mindset and a genuine desire to help your team thrive.
