+ Provide direct nursing care to residents

+ Provide assessment of the residents’ conditions and respond accordingly

+ Maintain effective communication with other staff

+ Complete reports such as changes in residents condition report, incident and accident reports, etc

+ Provide immediate response to situations of resident risk such as allegations of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of property

+ Ensure timely and accurate medication and treatment administration

+ Maintain and restore residents physical and mental health functional abilities


Education and/ or Experience:


+ Current Nursing License

+ Prior Long-Term Care setting experience preferred
