Nurse Practitioner - Wound Care - Part Time

Recruit Secure is collaborating with a for-profit Healthcare organization that is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and caring RN Nurse Practitioners (N-P) with expertise in Wound Care for direct hire. The company provides Nurse-Practitioners to Skilled Nursing homes in the Pittsburgh - Kittannany, PA area to work with the facility's nursing team to improve quality care and reduce re-hospitalizations. Additionally, the Nurse Practitioner will lead a Wound Prevention Program in the facility responsible for screening new admissions, assessments and risks and implementing precautionary measures. The N-P can have options i.e., Supporting 1 facility and will be about 1 - 2 days of work OR all 3 facilities for 3 days a week. The schedules have some flexibility.
